A name or case number entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the request and supplies its response. Wilson County Court Docket does not retain or record those search terms on its own systems.

An email or contact message is kept as needed to prepare a response. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is compelled by law.

Visitor data is never assembled into a consumer report or personal dossier. This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
